LIMS Technical Analyst

For our client based in Ghent, we are looking for a Lims Technical Analyst. This is a long term contract, full remote to start with then onsite when the restriction will be lifted.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in managing software projects in the domain of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Scientific Document Management System (SDMS) and Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).
• Partnering on problem-solving discussions between key stakeholders
• Ability to nurture and maintaining collaborative working relationships
• Strategic thinking of infrastructure and strong drive for implementation
• Ability to adapt and work under uncertainty and accommodate flexibly work demands
• Global perspective, cultural sensitivity
• Ability to navigate under pressure, resilient, self-motivated, sense of urgency and solid decision making
• Ability to converse in English (spoken & written)
• Strong interpersonal skis, able to communicate effectively and directly with stakeholders, using the most appropriate communication channels and adapting information and style to the audience.
• Excellent ability to communicate easily by writing or speaking, including with technical and non-technical employees
• Experience with following tools is an advantage
• Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Scientific Document Management
• System (SDMS) and/or Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN)
• Business Intelligence (Tableau, Spotfire)
• Atlassian tool set (confluence, JIRA)
