Business Tech Lead - Equity

My client a leading financial institution is offering a lucrative contract as a Business Tech Lead. This project will be a long term opportunity which will enable the successful candidate to see the fruits of their labour.
He/she is SpoC on behalf of the investment teams who communicate with the Agile teams at COO. And the buy-in gets from the investment team:
investment team must undergo a culture change. He/she is also an ambassador within the investment team.
The successful candidate will roll out the Digitisation process, across the asset classes. Given the automation process, how can you manage the go through digitisation steps and involve the teams in this? That is the challenge. And thus leave a mark on investment policy. Starting with Proof of Concepts.
It is now at the stage where everything still has to be built: IT architects are thinking about the architecture. The agile teams have to
deliver, and translate this delivered into the usability/applicability of the investment teams (the users).
The underlying goal is more coordination between various disciplines, experts and the business. Critical success factor at the team level is
ownership: these are the quant developers of origin who have broadened towards investing. Excellent basis for building bridges
between COO and CIO
- Good IT and good investment knowledge
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Fixed Income, Fundamental Equity and ESG and Global Responsible Investment and Governance (GRIG) knowledge
- Making connections, building bridges, being able to speak the language of Quant and IT
- Show ownership
- Stakeholder management
