IT Help Desk Specialist
The ideal candidate is motivated, dynamic and has a service-minded personality. You speak fluent German and English and can advise my clients employees on all aspects of MS Teams & Office 365.
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Assisting users in implementing MS teams
- Telephone advice for users on setting up and using MS Teams
- Fluent in German and English. French and Italian are an advantage.
- Finding solutions to various problems that may arise with the use of MS Teams
- Part of a team (5 employees)
- 100% contract for a period of 3-9 months
- Flexible hourly rate: Ideally CHF 40-50
- Located in Zurich 50% & remote 50%
- Interview process:
- 1 stage video interview
