Blue chip client in France is urgently looking for a Marketing consultant (Campaign Management, Event Management and Internal Communications)

For this role you can work full time remotely from home.

This role is to support the Marketing team with a planned European CFO of the Future' event series. The program/initiative was modelled after a successful North America project and aims to establish a platform to raise awareness and preference for my client among senior finance leaders, and for Sales to build new/strengthen existing client relationships.

My client need an integrated marketer/generalist for this role to provide overall program management support for the global Marketing team that's responsible for driving the overall program/initiative.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the global CFO&EV marketing lead to plan, execute and continuously optimize the execution of this new European marquee program with prestigious academic partner

o Liaison for Executive Leadership Group
o Plan and run periodic Steering Committee calls
o Liaison for project team and faculty team

Agenda, session topics, speakers - manage process for identifying most relevant topics and presenters
o Work with ELG and Steering Committee

Audience acquisition - end-to-end process management:
o Nominations and invitee list curation
o Client account lead (CAL) and primary client relationship owner engagement
o Creation of invitation materials
o Send invites
o Monitor registrations
o Respond to client account team queries
o Engage CALs as needed to ensure client invitation follow-up

Other project management:
o Manage event logistics, scheduling of dates, technical setup, session materials, speaker coordination, dry-runs
o In-person events: Manage venue, catering, accommodations
o Work with internal communications team to orchestrate optimal cadence of communications to appropriate stakeholders throughout the program
o Liaise with social media team to ensure maximum event exposure
o Manage development of creative and digital assets (emails, e-banners, web banners, social tiles)
o Manage setup and maintenance of community platform
o Track status, results, regularly provide updates and reports
o Manage capture, packaging, distribution of post-session takeaways
o Run post-session debriefs, pass along any client insights to the appropriate account teams
o Manage vendors and budget
