Part Time Receptionist, Sagamore Hills Township
Part Time Receptionist is needed, approximately 28 hours a week, for busy Township. Monday-Thursday, normal business hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum computer skills needed with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Problem solving, decision making and the ability to communicate well with residents/public.
- Must be dependable, honest and respectful. Duties:
- Provide office support services.
- Answer township phones, retrieve voice messages, greet visitors, and open, copy, distribute and prepare U.S. mail. Scan, email and copy other documents as necessary. To include handling and routing resident's complaints.
- Order township supplies.
- Township website updates and maintenance
- Answer township phones, retrieve voice messages, greet visitors, and open, copy, distribute and prepare U.S. mail. Scan, email and copy other documents as necessary. To include handling and routing resident's complaints.
- Assist Township Trustees, Fiscal Officer and Administrator as necessary.
- Other clerical tasks as deemed essential.
