Your new company:
Your new company connects millions of individuals with their assets, including equities, pensions and superannuation, investments, property and other financial assets. They do this by partnering with thousands of financial market participants to deliver services, solutions and technology platforms that enhance user experience and make scaled admin simple! Your new company manages regulatory complexity, improve data management and provide tools to help people connect to their assets, leveraging analysis, insights and technologies. They are a leader in the financial industry and need a deskside support (L2/3) individual to assist with the day-to-day on-goings and running's of their business.
Your new role:
Your new role will provide end user hardware, software and infrastructure support, work closely with the End User Support team to provide second and third line operational support, and ensure timely/efficient resolution of incidents and service requests. You will also be responsible for supporting the PMO as a technical project resource. You will be a part of the Business As Usual tech team providing global support, but generally and more often Ireland, Belfast and Milan!
What you'll need to succeed:
On the behavioural side, you would need to be a confident individual, who has experience in performance-driven, highly accurate positions. You will need to be able to lead by example through proper practice and have a calm, but confident way about you!
Technically, you will need to be technically skilled, with approximately 5-7 years' experience in this type of a role. A must-have skill you should possess is experience in supporting modern desktop environments (Citrix, Azure, NetScaler, and end-user computing techs). You'll also need some experience with MS Visio, and good knowledge of the O365 Application Suite.

Other than the exciting new opportunity to be a part of an internationally known, tightly-knit team, you will receive a competitive salary of approx. €35-€38k (DOE). You'll be joining a really flexible team, where you can choose to work from one of two locations, although it'll be mainly remote. You'll be a part of a BAU team, where there will be a total headcount of 7 (including you), and you will also receive consistent support, but also the independence to truly work on your own, and stand on your own two feet!
