Prestigious Dublin based client requires a Lead Analyst to join the Client Processing Team. The Lead Analyst will provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate the Client Processing systems. You will manage moderate to complex external client issues and participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.

*Solves complex problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
*Integrates in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
*Provides support across client processing
*Contributes to the achievement of related teams objectives

Essential:

*Previous background in Transfer Agency
*Process and workflow management
*Liaising with offshore teams
*Experience in brokerage processing, a benefit
*Process flows/analysis
*Client relationship management
*Understanding of trading, account openings, reconciliations, a benefit
*Fund Administration/Fund Management
