DevSecOps Engineer

Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer Industry: E-Commerce Location: London Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 The Role: Focus will be to design, build, deliver and monitor a high performing and reliable software system that is both scalable and secure. You will also contribute to the microservices architecture design that is also event driven. You will apply modern software engineering practices to the infrastructure such as continuous delivery, automated testing, infrastructure as code Provide cloud-native platforms to the engineering teams Implement and operate security as defined by CISO and security team Participate in vulnerability management to identify and fix security bugs Integrate security into tool chain to enable effective cyber risk management. Contribute to Site Reliability Operations such as tickets, support, incident response and on-call rotaKey skills: AWS eco system with a focus on security Security Architecture Networking CI/CD Docker/Kubernetes A Software engineering background Technical knowledge of security engineering, authentication and security protocols Experience with security hardening procedures Hands-on experience designing, building, delivering and running production-grade software at scale Experience on subjects like continuous delivery, distributed architectures and systems, everything-as-code, containerisation, cloud services and incident response Comfort debugging systems and reading/writing code Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management processes If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please send through your up to date CV and expected salary.
