My government client is looking for a talented Lead User Researcher to manage a small team of User Researchers and help them devise a strategy to move their current work forward.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, design and conduct user research sessions on a regular basis


• Test both high-level concepts and aspects of the service as it is designed and developed


• Develop and maintain a picture of the users


• Collaboratively analyse the findings of user research to identify common themes and points of contention


• Manage business relations with usability and market research agencies to support necessary research processes

Skills & Experience:

• UK public sector experience


• Extensive Agile


• Healthcare/NHS experience


• Strong stakeholder management


• Experience leading UR teams
