AWS Developer - 12 months - Amsterdam

We're currently hiring for a AWS Developer who has hands on skills with implementing API management layer in a complex technology landscape.

Must have skills:

• AWS Development


• Node.js

Development skills:

• Good experience in implementing API based Integration layer [deliver open APIs for different systems to consume]


• Proficiency in developing, deploying, and debugging, monitoring and supporting cloud-based applications using AWS serverless services


• Ability to use the AWS service APIs, AWS CLI, and CDKs to write applications


• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Technology skills:

• Code repository: AWS code commit/AWS code build


• Serverless services: API Gateway/Lambda/SQS/SNS/CloudWatch logging/SES


• Security credentials: Parameter store/


• IAM: Cognito


• NoSQL DB: DynamoDB


• Storage: S3 bucket service


• Programming skills: In-depth knowledge of Node JS/Typescript [extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks]


• Basics of Automated testing, Security testing


• Understanding of the AWS shared responsibility model


• Ability to use CI/CD pipeline to deploy application


• Documentation


• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.


• Understanding of application life cycle management
