Aquilo recruitment ltd are looking for An Exceptional sales executive for a fantastic Kingston upon Hull based software business: Are you looking for a sales role within a leading software development company selling award winning SaaS solutions in the AEC Sectors? Top UK Software Company and has had continued growth over the last 10 years. My Client are looking to recruit more Sales Executives to join a small team selling in-house developed Contract and Asset Management solutions; with the responsibility for growing revenues and profitability through effective account management and selling to new name customers within both existing and new markets. Job Description • Assist in defining and executing new business sales campaigns • Assist in planning and executing annual sales budgets • Assist and feed into preparing and delivery of monthly sales forecasting • Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure solutions and be capable and comfortable with C-suite level sales negotiations • Manage pipeline to ensure that incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on- month. • Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap through identification of customer requirements to facilitate the development of profitable products and services. Experience: • Sales: 2 years (Preferred) • AEC sector experience (Preferred but not essential) Workplace: • Expected to be a predominantly office-based role, with some home working and some travel for customers meetings when face to face is required. Person Description - Technical & other skills required • Able to negotiate complex and multi-year software and services agreements • Great communication skills f2f (individually and groups), via Zoom/Teams, phone etc. • Great ICT skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. and company MIS • Able to work independently
