Senior Windows System Engineer

Main tasks
Operation and engineering of Microsoft Windows Servers and clients
Planning and implementation of changes, as well as timely and standardized implementation of customer orders
Performing migrations and upgrades
Further development of existing system environments
Customer support in the 2nd and 3rd level Windows server and client environment through troubleshooting in the OS area, Windows Office, special customer-specific applications.
Analysis and troubleshooting of problems
Creation and updating of system and operational documentation
Participation in change, problem and incident management

Professional skills
Several years of experience in operating system environments (Senior Engineer Level)
System engineer with very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies Windows Client and Windows Server, Citrix.
Additional experience in the area of Cisco Ironport SMTP Gateway, Microsoft DLP, KEMP Reverse Proxy, Microsoft AD/ADFS, Exchange, administration of SQL Server, Teams, SCCM, PRTG is an advantage.

Further competencies
Very good (C1) spoken and written German language skills
Good written and spoken English knowledge
