Experience

• Data Engineer/Data & AWS Engineer
• AWS
• AWS services like lambda functions, EMR, Redshift, ElasticSearch, lake formation and Glue.
• Data Lake
• Problem Solver/Great at solutions
• Python and/or Java (deep understanding of language internals, profiling, testing methods).
• Prior experience with a serverless framework
• Apache Kafka or API like SQS, Kinesis, Celery, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ.
• Greenfield Data Projects
• API's
• Linux/macOS, Docker and git in collaborative workflows
• Software background
• Strong Dutch and English and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Data Engineer/Data & AWS Engineer
• AWS
• Large implementation of an event-driven, serverless data lake on AWS
• Build a scalable data foundation, creating such a unique foundation and stream processing Back End using AWS services (Lambda, glue, lake formation,...) and Kafka.
• AWS services like lambda functions, EMR, Redshift, ElasticSearch, lake formation and Glue.
• Data Lake
• Problem Solver/Great at solutions
• Python and/or Java (deep understanding of language internals, profiling, testing methods).
• Prior experience with a serverless framework
