SCCM/Intune Desktop Engineer - Chicago

We are seeking a SCCM/Intune Support Engineer who will be a part of a team that handles corporate desktop and Workstation support in an SCCM-to-Intune environment, as well as software packaging, patch and vulnerability management, and servicing Operations calls.
This role will serve as a Level II/Tier 3 escalation point for support issues, last line of defense, and the ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SCCM, Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365 (Exchange, patching, etc), while helping us move to Intune and Azure AD
Responsibilities
Advanced Workstation/desktop/laptop support providing Tier 3 support
Administration and management of Office 365 environment (Exchange, Sharepoint, etc)
Support and maintain current SCCM environment
Upgrades of on-premises systems and tool
Patch and maintain resources in AWS
Share on-call 24x7 responsibility with other members of the Desktop team
System administration of cloud applications
Software packaging, deployment, and automation
Desktop standardization, patching, and maintenance
Vulnerability and License Management
Conform to ITIL based standards of IT Service Management
Requirements
5-8 years experience with Desktop and Workstation support of Tier III issues
SCCM experience required; MS Intune/Cloud preferred as well
Windows 10 Desktop experience supporting a Windows Server environments
Solid knowledge of Office 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint etc) required
Experience supporting mobile infrastructure/MDM (iOS, Android)
Experience with build outs and deployments (software packages, etc)
Proficiency with MacOS and ServiceNow preferred
Strong knowledge with installing, configuring and troubleshooting OS issues
