Field Technical Analyst

Field Technical Analyst- Dublin, Ireland- Initial 6-month contract

I am currently working with a global technology consultancy who are looking for an experienced Field Technical Analyst to work on a project for one of their financial end clients in Dublin for an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities:
*Reviews, troubleshoots, and approves operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals
*Installs, maintains, and optimizes desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites
*Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
*Performs maintenance and repair services
*Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
*Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
*Assists customers in the operation of video conferencing systems

Experience:
*Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
*Support Specialist/End user support/Desktop support
*Hardware support that includes Video conference, Standard Desktop and laptop, Printer, Plotter, Scanner, Desk Phone, Smarthand support, IMAC-D
