Are you an experienced Duty/Incident manager looking to work for a high profile end client ?
A leading consultancy are looking for a Duty Incident Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have worked in similar roles and have practical experience of ITIL processes and agile delivery.
You should have:
- Experienced in Asset and configuration management, including cloud based products and services
'significant experience in availability and capacity management for highly transaction data services and applications
- Has practical experience in Change Problem management processes.
- Experienced in supporting specific activities to improve development processes.
- Experienced in Continuity management and how to ensure disaster recovery plans are created.
- Incident management: you can diagnose and prioritise incidents, investigating their causes through to resolution.
