We are on the lookout for 2 London-based Senior Developers, with solid technical experience of Ruby on Rails, who love working with people to make a meaningful impact in the world, by delivering valuable solutions.

You will be working as a core member of one of our multi-disciplinary teams to:
- Help our customers understand what their user needs actually are
- Prototype alternative solutions to identify the right thing for us to build
- Build scalable, sustainable and innovative systems based on what we've learnt in the project so far

Key Essential Skills and knowledge required for this role:

At least 7 years current Ruby and Ruby on Rails experience - Experience of version control (ideally have knowledge of Git) - TDD/BDD experience - SQL (preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL) - HTML and CSS - Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams to plan and ship projects - Ability to identify areas of risk and complexity during the planning process - Ability to work iteratively and collaboratively, with open communication - Can turn wireframes and designs into functional applications - Writing and maintaining integration and unit
