We are looking for an Lead Electrician to join our client in their new, modern offices in Peterborough on a permanent basis. They provide software & hardware design, hardware build, electrical installation, and commissioning across a wide variety of processes; along with integrated control systems, tailored to customer standards, and across major network platforms.

As lead panel electrician you will target to build panels and/or carry out site panel modifications according to the requirements of a project regarding cost, quality and delivery time. You will often be leading activities on multiple projects at the same time.

More than 90% of working hours will be spent either as an electrician who lays out the panel, builds the panel and tests them or as commissioning engineer up to and including I/O test.

In the remaining time as the lead panel electrician; you will estimate, plan, lead and supports the team members who are assigned to work on your project activities. You will also report progress on a regular basis to the respective project leaders.
