UX Designer

We are searching for an experienced and passionate UX Designer and we have an exciting opportunity for them to play a pivotal role in implementing simple and compelling experiences online.

As part of the Digital Channel team, you'll be part of designing and implementing journeys that reach millions of our members via and put the users at the centre of the design.

You'll have demonstrable experience in working within a UX framework, and have the ability to interpret data and research to create simple and effective user experiences which ensure accessibility and usability standards are met.

You'll play a critical part in bringing fresh and challenging new ideas to the team that are relevant to moving the CBS digital platforms forward.

You'll have several years' experience in UX design and are able to demonstrate this through a portfolio of deliveries from concept through to design. With experience working within a UX framework, you'll communicate each stage clearly to stakeholders, utilising a variety of different methods.

You'll have preferably worked within the financial services sector and have a good understanding of working with regulation and internal compliance teams.

You'll be confident managing relationships and presenting to stakeholders, able to review analytics and data to support your analysis and have experience using prototyping tools such as Adobe XD or equivalent
