IT Support Technician 1st & 2nd Second Line

Bristol Based.

Permanent

Salary to 20-30k

Procorre is looking for a professional, enthusiastic individual to perform a key function for the Procorre Group. The main responsibilities will be to manage, distribute and escalate all queries that come in, to deliver solid 1st/2nd line support to users to ensure that they are able to perform their roles effectively.

The ideal candidate will be bright, personable, have an analytical nature with a strong work ethic and an organised and methodical approach. We are looking for an extremely ambitious individual.

Previous experience of the following Technical skills are preferred:

* Windows Server 2012/2016 administration
* Office 365 administration (hybrid knowledge desirable, but not essential)
* Wordpress Administration, Development & Maintenance
* VOIP phone system provisioning and administration
* Mobile device administration
* AWS - experience in Administering AWS Servers, Infrastructure & deployment of services
* Networking, TCP/IP, AD, DNS
* Strong communication skills and reporting ability
* MacOS
* Linux
