Position Construction Manager Start January 2021 Salary £50k - £60k plus package Location Must be willing to work Nationally Profile This construction managers role is to work on a permanent basis for a prestigious tier 1 main contractor who have the lion’s share of the food and retail markets. Due to their success of the past several year’s where they have delivered some impeccable schemes and having recently secured several new long term frameworks they are now in a fantastic position and are heavily investing in new teams for 2021 kick off. Role We are looking for a construction manager who have proven experience of working on Supermarket’s/Retail/Car showroom projects and can deliver schemes ranging from £1m - £3m. These schemes will vary from small new builds and extensions to cut n carve and major refurbishment projects. As a construction manager you must be willing to get heavily involved, driving sub contractors, making sure the project is on time and to budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety.
