Why Is The Job Open?
To make a long story short, we opened our Dallas office about two years ago and there is currently a small team of amazing people. Our specialty is IT staffing specifically in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and to this point, we have employed a full-desk recruiting model where our team of "Vertical Market Consultants" are responsible for client business development, account management, and candidate recruiting.
This model has led to some strong direct hire placements BUT we are starting a Contracts division to support our clients with temporary staff augmentation! To get this team off the ground, we are looking for an experienced staffing sales pro to generate the client relationships and drive the business development. We will also hire a recruiter to support this person.
Who Are You?
The ideal person MUST have sales experience in the staffing industry, an ambitious attitude, tenacious drive, and extreme resilience. We hire fun, team-oriented people and this role is unique because it is brand new. If you are ready to build a lucrative book of business and quickly progress through our company, then you're exactly who we need!
What Will You Do?
Manage all initial business development and client relationships for the Contracts team
Focus on producing revenue from contract and contract-to-hire IT placements
Develop and implement new business development strategies
Frequent calls, video chats, and visits to client offices to meet decision makers and discuss staffing needs
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and project scope
Promote and attend meetups aligned with the IT community
Network with specific tech community members and represent the AF brand
Collaborate with the rest of Dallas team to fill open requisitions and partner with clients
What Do We Need?
5+ year(s) of staffing sales experience REQUIRED!
Motivation to own and build a solid book of business within a growing company
Internally competitive and extremely driven
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
Unquestionable honesty and integrity
