CAFM Support Analyst

WSS are exclusively engaged by our Global Real Estate client to build their Global Technology Operations Team. They require a CAFM Support Analyst, providing 2nd Line application support across a range of client facing business applications - with a particular focus on CAFM or CMMS systems.

With a customer friendly and approachable demeanour, you will be providing proactive business support, helping the business to improve customer service, managing reactive support from end-users and customers

Experience in a client facing support role (either in IT or other support function) is essential, using a ticket logging system to manage workload (ServiceNow experience would be advantageous). Experience supporting CMMS/CAFM system such as Maximo; Concept Evolution; Service Insight; Planet FM; FM Explorer; Archibus or Corrigo would be advantageous.
