SunIRef:it Summary The Legal Solutions team within Legal Services is growing, and we are looking for a Software Engineer who is an experienced Salesforce developer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our Pulse application as part of Legal Solutions team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce developer who enjoys assessing and understanding systems, identifies and builds applications that meet our business team requirements. Qualification and Requirements : Bachelors /Master's Degree in Information Science or Computer Science required - B.Tech, MCA, MS Computers. Essential Skills : 3 to 6.5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce developer. Ability to analyze business processes and requirements. Very strong CRM skills for building applications. In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing rules, Validation rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Process Builder etc. Experience in customization of applications, Tabs, Objects, Fields, Record Types and Page Layouts. Optimizing your understanding of Salesforce development with knowledge of best practices understanding on coding standards, deployment, Apex, Visualforce. Expertise working with Lightning, Apex and VF pages. Strong in developing Lightning components, Aura framework & UI designing webpages. Strong fundamentals in SFDC database with SOQL & SOSL. Experience with the APEX data loader, web services APIs. Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals. Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement. Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis . Experience working in Agile - Scrum methodology. Must have experience in all phases of the Software Development Life cycle. Proactive issue resolution with a positive attitude. Should be highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment towards work. Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes. Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Nice to have (profiles with following skills will have preference over the rest): Hands on Salesforce Channels such as Partner Community. Certified in SFDC technical domain would be preferred. Understanding of Legal Services domain is an added advantage. Job Responsibilities: Investigating business systems, taking a holistic view of the situation, including organization structure and governance, key stakeholder needs as well as current processes and IT systems Working collaboratively internally to deliver chosen solutions. Writing Apex code, Triggers and unit test class to meet code coverage based as per coding standards. Able to resolve issues and debug code to identify any loopholes and fix them. Able to create fields, page layouts, record types for standard as well as custom objects. Create Validation rules, Process Builder, Workflow rules, Profiles based on requirements. Able to create Aura components, Lightning components for partner community, Dynamic Forms. Resolve technical issues and help peers to resolve impediments, design and implementation approaches.
