IT technicians within IT Service Desk

I am currently recruiting for an IT Technician (Swedish speaking) with IT Service Desk Support experience to work a minimum of 6 months in Solna, Sweden.
Here are the requirements for the IT Technician (Swedish speaking) with IT Service Desk Support:
* Long term experience as IT technician within client environment and customer relationship
* Certified Microsoft Windows Desktop Support and Microsoft Office Support
* Good knowledge within Active Directory
* Basic knowledge within Network connection/protocol
* ITIL v3 Foundation
* Very good knowledge within INC (Incident Management Process) and REQ (Service Request Fulfillment) processes
* Fluent in Swedish and very good English skills, both written and spoken
* Very high degree of customer orientation and cooperation as well as very good communication skills
* Independent and solution oriented working style, pro-active behaviour and organizational talent
