ConSol Partners are looking for a HelpDesk Support Engineer to work for our client based in Belgium.


Experience/Requirements:


- Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience


- At least 5 years of experience on a helpdesk


- Helpdesk employee 1st and 2nd line


- Basic knowledge of ITIL Service Support


- General windows knowledge (1st and 2nd line)


- General AD knowledge (1st and 2nd line)


- Office + Office 365 (1st and 2nd line


- Basic knowledge of networks


- Good knowledge of common office hardware and software - Knowledge of MS Office Packages


- Be able to perform standard PC installations


- Experience in a public sector is an asset


- Experience with Topdesk is a plus


- Fluent Dutch speaking/writing


Technical context:


- Crew helpdesk during opening hours (8.30am-4.30pm)


- Enter telephone calls in the Topdesk program


- Independently record and resolve first and second line tickets


- If necessary (in case of failure at the Back Office), assist in the rollout of our computer park
