Network Security Engineer - Network Automation, SDN, Cloud, Scripting, CI/CD, Opensource

Multiple freelance opportunities available for highly experienced, 'heavy hitting' Network Security Engineers to join our industry leading client based in Brussels. The role of the Network Security Engineers will be to produce high and low level Networking & security designs, in supporting our clients movement from a traditional MPLS based networking to a more automated, CI/CD Network environment.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for highly experienced Engineers with many years of experience in Networking and Security Design (Routing, switching, Firewalls, Cisco etc.). In addition to this, the successful candidates will also have experience in SDN, container solutions, cloud, open source software, Scripting, automation and the general new CI/CD way of working, GitOps model, with experience in multiple platforms and tools in network automation, not restricted to one technology.

We are looking for Engineers that have the ability to view things from the top and not to be locked in a certain portfolio, technology or vendor. We need heavy experience in those areas to the level that candidates can take high level decisions on how things fit, not just to do day to day work.

Interview slots are confirmed with the client and there are multiple positions available, so please apply immediately if this sounds like the next role for you!
