Servicedesk Consultants- Meppel


Servicedesk Consultants - We are looking for 2 experienced Servicedesk Consultants to join a dynamic and busy team on a 10 months contract.

Profile 1:


Customer Engagement (CE)
* Extensive knowledge and experience with implementation, design and user support of modern and cloud-based CRM applications spread over several operating companies, preferably Microsoft Dynamics based applications;
* Extensive knowledge and experience with projects across multiple operating companies regarding the implementation, rollout and management in the following focus areas:
o Email campaigns and direct marketing
o Sales, account and contact management
o 360 degree customer view
o Prospect management and sales opportunities ( incl. method adoptions)
o Direct sales support and processing (including events)
o Customer service and incident management
* Affinity with both professional and educational market.

E-commerce and Portals (E-CP)
* Knowledge and experience with implementation, design, management and user support of E-commerce applications within a publisher, preferably the Freshbits E-commerce platform;
* Knowledge and experience with implementation, design, management and user support of content portals within a publisher, preferably Tree Portal and/or comparable solutions;
* Broad affinity with projects and applications regarding the implementation, roll-out and management in the following focus areas:
o (integrated) E-commerce and web shops
o Content portals
* Broad affinity and knowledge of both the professional and educational market;
* Knowledge and experience with the development, operational management and management of custom applications.

Profile 2:


License & Identity/EDI/ESB
* Extensive knowledge and experience with implementation, design, management and user support of solutions for electronic messaging between applications and chain partners;
* Extensive knowledge of XML and the applications used and data exchange;
* Extensive knowledge and experience with projects and applications regarding the implementation, rollout and management in the following areas of attention:
o Digital license processing and securing
o Identity standards and management (eg Keycloak and ECK-ID)
o Chain integration in the field of digital licenses and user accounts
o Integration with E-learning applications
o Integration and message processing (EDI)
o Enterprise service bus (ESB)
* Knowledge and experience with the development, operational management and management of custom applications.
