IT 2nd Level Support Specialist

We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a IT 2nd Level Support Specialist. This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton. Your Role Act as a contact person for 2nd level IT Support (via e mail, by phone, with TeamViewer) for the supervision of ticketing systems. Work closely together with the development team. Contribute towards the coaching of the 1st level support. Take corrective action when necessary initiate the operating support documentation. Always keep up to date. Your Skills At least 1 year of professional experience in IT application support (1st 2nd level). Completed Computer Science training education. Strong communication customer interaction skills. Responsible, quality oriented a team player. Highly motivated self driven with lots of enthusiasm. Native German or French speaker with business fluent level of the other language.
