Technical Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Project Manager

Technical Agile Coach | Zurich City | 6 months | Daily rate upon request

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Technical Agile Coach with PM responsibilities.

In this exciting role, you will join a team of around 4 Full-stack developers and coaching them with the latest agile practices in SW development. With your eye for detail, you can see the potential for improvement and support the team to improve their work approach. Besides that, you have the opportunity to raise transparency and acceptance towards Business Owners by reporting risk, issues, and dependencies.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or technical Agile Coach preferably joined a coaching program such as coactive coaching
  • Very good understanding of software development, able to coach best practice and bring in your own ideas
  • Ability to facilitate large group discussions and events or sessions
  • Eager to promote an open communication culture and possess experience in dealing with and resolving conflicts
  • Highly passionate about teams, software, learning, and sharing
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken)
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support and coach your team to improve engineering skills such as refactoring, test automation, test-driven development, and continuous delivery
  • Responsible for training the Product Owner to maximize value delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the Scrum team, migration architect, reconciliation lead and with IT partners and business owners in the context of the overall Program
  • Cooperate with department heads to pragmatically move the organization forward without losing the goal of perfection
  • Work with other Scrum Masters in the area and organization to promote our Scrum adoption and move the organization towards becoming more flexible and value focused
  • Responsible to bring teams closer to the customers and end-users
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, respect, courage, and trust
