Position: Service Desk Executive/System Admin (2 Positions)
Location: Eindhoven, NL
Type: Fulltime Permanent/Open for Contract
Dutch & English Speaking is Mandatory
- 2-4 year(s) experience in similar role
- Provide solutions to IT related issues and handle customer requests in a pleasant and timely fashion, ensuring customer satisfaction (Dutch & English language as core).
- Impact by delivering excellent service to our clients. Your main focuses are to analyze their IT related issues, guide and educate them about the processes, and apply remote support in order to ensure the productive workflow of their business.
- Support our top customers using your specific language skills through different channels such as telephone, email or chat.
- Provide statistical information and reports when required.
- Proactively work to achieve a high level of first time fixes.
- speak English on a communication level (for training, collaboration and internal communication)
- speak Dutch on a business level (working/support language)
- Effective communication & Personal Effectiveness skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Incident analysis and prioritization exposure based on ITIL standards or IT4IT Certification
- additional IT Infrastructure skills (Windows, UNIX, Linux, Mac, and so on)
