2nd Line IT Support Analyst - Permanent - Dublin

Hours - Normal Business Hours with the need for some out of hours support rota'd

An urgent Permanent requirement has arisen for a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst based in Dublin.
You will be providing key support to the Dublin office working under the direction of the UK based office.
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing client/customer expectations, conversing effectively, and problem solving to address and fix any issues before they become problems in the end user and IT infrastructure. You will have proven experience learning new things and a keen interest in up to date IT knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as a level of escalation for level 1 and 2 issues.
  • Supporting a wide range of Users.
  • Software and Hardware fix and installs/replacements (Laptops, Desktops, Printers etc)
  • Communicate with IT partners
  • Be able and willing to support with any physical IT kit moves or new starters/leavers (Desk moves, meeting rooms, printers etc)
  • Agree to a rota based out of hours support
  • Site visits.
  • Delegating and routing issues to relevant teams/departments.
  • Input into the budgeting process.
  • Work to business standards and SLA's/OLA's
