For our client in Zurich, Swiss Bank, we are looking for Clerk/Operations Analyst for a 9 months project

Key responsibilities:

Telephone support for private customers online and mobile banking with regard to Secure-Sign concerns (new security procedure): navigation aid, information, support with initial registration and use.

Overview of the department/team (team size, backgrounds, personalities ):

* Mixed team from young to old

* International team with different nationalities

* Open personalities

Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:

Working hours Mon-Fri between 8:00 am-10:00pm (8 hours), Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 9:00 am-4:00pm in shifts

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

* Commercial or equivalent completed training

* Very good oral language skills in German, French, English and/or Italian

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

* Call/contact center experience is an advantage

* Good PC user skills

* Enjoyment of telephone contact with customers

* High customer orientation and quality awareness

* Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
