Duration: 06 Months Contract.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain/Oracle Financials in EBS and Fusion Cloud applications.

Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required (Oracle Supply Chain):

  • Strong experience in the below Supply Chain processes and modules.
  • Order to Cash: Order Entry, Pricing, scheduling, shipping with strong order orchestration process knowledge for forward and reverse logistics functions.
  • Procure to Pay: Strong experience with inventory and non-inventory purchasing, approvals, revisions, receiving, and accounting functions.
  • Plan to Build: Manufacturing, Product Data Hub, Inventory, Cost Management, Supply Chain Financial Orchestration, and planning integrations.
  • Should be well versed with structure and change management functions of Product Data Management
  • Experience defining Financial Orchestration flows for Intercompany transactions ( multiple BU involvement IC flows).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management processes and integrations with ERP would be considered a plus.
  • At least 2 implementations or support engagements with a total of 2+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Excellent understanding on Security Roles & Data Group Access methods.
  • Excellent documentation skills with experience in Agile/Scrum, OUM and AIM methodologies
  • Experience managing mass data exchange over various fusion methods ( DI, Spreadsheet, FBDI, ADFDi, WS, API's and etc.
  • Ready to deep dive into external applications/3PL systems to understand data/process related problems.
  • Strong Analytic skills for problem solving and POCs for enabling new features.
  • Experience working on Support for open tickets/tasks for enhancements, blockers, and requirements
  • Troubleshoot, enhance and build new BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, Extracts, Data Loads and Integration with third party applications.

Experience with majority of the following processes and modules required (Oracle Financials Skill):

  • General Ledgers - Journal Entries, importing and troubleshooting, Approvals, Allocations, Eliminations, Consolidations, Revaluations, primary and secondary ledgers, close process.
  • Financials reporting using FRS, SmartView; Web ADI, Integration support.
  • Receivables: Receivables and revenue processes troubleshooting and support, close process, subledger accounting, Reporting.
  • Payables: Payables setups, troubleshooting, payment processes, invoicing, approvals, intra company balancing, close process, subledger accounting, reporting.
  • Fixed Assets: Asset creation and maintenance, depreciation, categories, location maintenance, asset retirement, close process, subledger accounting, reporting.
  • Cash Management: Bank and Account maintenance, reconciliation, statements, integrations, close process, and reporting.
  • Intercompany transaction troubleshooting, close process, accounting, reporting.

Expectations:

  • Ability to work in a complex global ERP footprint with a strong background on problem solving, Change management and documentation.
  • Excellent understanding on Security Roles & Data Group Access methods
  • Experience working on Support for open tickets/tasks for enhancements, blockers, and requirements
  • At least 2 Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation experience.
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate and work cohesively in a team and client environment
