Manager - CRM Analytics

Exciting opportunity for a Manager of CRM Analytics to join a fast-paced, growing company in the Dunwoody area!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CRM and customer modelling - manage the CRM and personalization platforms to build and own customer models to allow segmenting, targeting, and personalizing communication across all channels

Campaign execution - partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop strategy and help execute campaigns to optimize guest loyalty and lifetime value

Campaign analysis - oversee testing to optimize and measure campaigns and develop a testing strategy for all channel metrics

Campaign reporting - design and manage reporting of campaign performance to brand stakeholders

Enjoy this direct-hire position in Sandy Springs that offers an excellent culture/environment, modern office space, fully stocked kitchen/break room with mini arcade feel, Summer and Winter Fridays where you can leave after 2:00pm (May - July and end of November - December) and flexible schedule! Currently we are 100% remote, and there is no expected return date at this time. 1 day remote, 4 days in the office when back to normal operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5+ years experience with managing B2C marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM/database marketing and customer analytics (loyalty and retention)
  • 2+ years with Marketing Automation Tools: Adobe, Unica, IBM Watson, Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, HubSpot. or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (experience with Dynamic Templating)
  • 5+ years of solid data analysis experience using SQL (inner and outer joins, writing statements)
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with key stakeholders across various business units to deliver results and conduct and run meetings
  • Bachelors Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience working with a marketing agency supporting multiple brands
  • Experience working with Interaction Studio, which is a tool within Salesforce Cloud Marketing
