Here at Fresh Property Group, we are now looking for a Service Assistant Administrator at Brickworks, our 276 bed student accommodation in Dublin 8. Working in a large purpose built student accommodation scheme, you will be part of a small team responsible for the day to day running of the site, assisting in sales and sales administration, taking payments, manning reception and ensuring the building is safe and a great place to live. This is a hands on position, which will require you to be able to balance the serious aspects of the role, whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere to create a community where students want to live and work. About You We’re looking for an individual who has strong administration skills and experience of working in a customer focused environment. This role would suit someone interested in developing a career in the property or hospitality industries, and/or in gaining experience in working with students or young adults. With good organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail, you will be competent using social media platforms and be experienced in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. The role requires someone to be available to work 10 hours between Monday and Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm – a total of 23 hours per week, with time and a half rate paid for Sunday work.
