Communication Administrator for Digital Capability needed for a 6-month contract (FULLY REMOTE)
The communications administrator will be central to the execution of our Digital Capability communication strategy, managing all our comms channels and community engagement campaigns. By working closely with the communications manager and product owners you will own the delivery of various comms campaigns, make sure incoming communication, queries and requests are correctly routed and acted upon and ensure our comms initiatives are measured and reported on.
1 Managing Comms Campaigns (Setup and management of distribution lists and Sending comms campaigns using internal comms software (Populo) using agency copy)
2 Managing social channels (posting pre-drafted content)
3 Sending campaign emails and tracking individual communications
4 Weekly reports on communication actions and data and support with timeline management with Vendors
Key skills required
1 Outstanding organisation, time management and scheduling skills. Multiple campaigns will be running simultaneously - you will be the owner of what goes out when.
2 Experience in administration, communications and reporting roles for a busy team
3 An Excel native who can collate, interpret and manage data.
4 Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
