Help Desk Analyst

Exciting new opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join a progressive software firm that is expanding their team.


  • Help desk support for software, hardware, and network issues
  • Install, upgrade, and configure new software and hardware
  • Resolve network and Internet access issues
  • Troubleshoot problems and develop solutions
  • Support desktop operating system software and
    application software
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues
  • Monitor antivirus software and address any issues
  • Support Active Directory and Office 365
  • Monitor backup systems
  • Document issues and solutions
  • Assist in maintaining inventory records and documentation for equipment
  • Assist with research and evaluation of new technology
  • Train end-users
  • Assist with network support
  • Assist with project work

This opportunity is a direct-hire position based in our Marietta office. Excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level. You will be working in our office. We offer flex hours and telecommuting one to two days a week after you get established.


  • 2+ years of help desk support experience supporting end-users with software and hardware issues
  • PC set up and support
  • Windows support
  • MS Office or Office 365
  • Basic network support experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem solver
