ITSM Service Now Consultant - ITSM - Service Now - ITIL

This is a genuinely fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious EU Institutions in Europe.

We are on the lookout for an ITSM Service Now Consultant with a Masters degree + at least 7 years of overall experience.

These are long term contracts with a very high chance of renewal. The longer you work there, the more valuable you become and this means that you could stay there for years.

In addition, they are not just looking for a standard Consultant; they want people who can make a contribution to the team, who can bring new ideas and who can continue to learn and improve.

Essential Experience:

  • Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 12 years of professional IT experience or Bachelor level studies accompanied by additional 5 years of working experience
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Architecture, development, and validation of ITSM solutions
  • Expert knowledge in guiding and realizing Service Now implementations in medium/large scale organizations (min. 3000 end users)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with ITIL V2 and V3. Relevant Certification in ITIL v3 is mandatory
  • Minimum 7 years of knowledge and experience with Project Management techniques and tools is required
  • Experience on the following would be considered as asset:
  1. ITSM product Certified of Consultant or Administrator level is required. The ITSM product must integrate at least the following ITILv3 processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalogue Management, Release & Deployment Management, Request Fulfillment anagement, Knowledge Management, Service Asset & Configuration Management
  2. Prince 2/PMI(min 5 years, desirable)
  3. Strong asset will be an ITIL v3 EXPERT certification. .
  4. ServiceNow Certification is considered a strong plus and secondarily any Certification in ITSM Tools, too.
  • Very good written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of French language would be considered as asset

Note*. This would possibly be initially remote, with the expectation to work onsite after any restrictions have been lifted. this will be at the clients discretion.
