Duties will include:



  • Preparation of the project schedule

  • End to End Project delivery

  • Stakeholder Management (Senior)

  • Review the project plans and specifications and comment on the building design, scheduling, possibilities, risks, cost savings measures and potential construction problems

  • Assist estimator in preparation of project budget and take responsibility

  • Job cost analysis

  • Read, understand and administer the contractual obligations

  • Assist in assembling the job site office and equipment requirements if needed

  • Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with architects/client as well as effectively lead the sales and installation

  • Expedite all drawings and approvals

  • Project Schedule Adherence - Monitor and maintain the construction schedule on a weekly basis

  • Raise and discuss relevant issues at the meetings

  • Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings

  • Strong academic background and relevant project management qualifications


  • Proven experience of delivering complex projects using agile


  • Direct experience of account and interest management operations and output management i


  • Strong Stakeholder focus


  • Sbility to integrate diverse views


  • Demonstrated track record in delivering complex projects in a previous role


  • A high level of integrity and professionalism
