We're now looking to appoint a senior sustainability hire who can focus on supporting clients largely within the financial services and/or commercial real estate sectors, who are increasingly under pressure to measure, report and improve their sustainability performance.
The successful incumbent will be focused on leading and delivering key programmes to clients across largely the financial services and also commercial real estate industries. You'll largely be working with banks, asset managers and other financial institutions as well as insurers within the financial services segment and asset managers, REIT and managing agents within real estate.
Focused on leading commercial development of key products and services aimed at the CRE and financial sectors, your remit will include working with businesses to develop Science Based Targets and net-zero strategies. Depending on your expertise, you will also be an expert on TCFD and climate change risk including stress testing and scenario mapping and/or familiarity with CRE benchmarks such as GRESB would be useful.
Ideally, you will have some background in investment and/or asset management, with familiarity around private equity, green finance, ESG, SRI and impact investing, for instance.
You will be commercial minded and ideally have experience of working in a consultative environment in a client facing capacity.
