Product Owner/Technical Business Analyst

Tremendous opportunity for a Product Owner to join a progressive technology company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • You will be working on integration systems and applications used for exchanging and communicating data back and forth between different systems and applications
  • Facilitate technical requirements gathering meetings
  • Work closely with Developers on technical requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, product team, and development team to drive a solution that meets the program level objectives and vision
  • Creation and maintenance of requirements (features and user stories)
  • Refinement of program backlog and preparation for Program Increment Planning
  • Prioritize and maintain the team backlog
  • Acceptance of user stories completed at the end of each sprint
  • Mentor offshore Product Owners
  • Collaborate across release trains (program level) and value streams (portfolio level)
  • Lead discussions and plan roadmap on large projects with Architecture team for new product and enterprise initiatives

This is a 12-month contract with the option to extend or convert. We are working 100% remote now and plan to return to the office in January. Our office is in Sandy Springs, and once we return, we offer flex hours, and you can telecommute up to two days a week with manager approval. REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • 5+ years experience as either Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst or a combination of both
  • Significant experience with software development projects and working closely with Developers on technical requirements
  • Strong experience with data exchange systems or applications
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • Experience with tools for analysis, documentation, and presentation (Jira, Viso, etc.)
  • Experience facilitating and leading requirements gathering sessions
  • Understanding of product development life cycle
  • Excellent facilitation and listening skills
  • Consultative personality
  • Excellent communication skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:



  • API integration
  • Healthcare experience
