Digital Content Operations Analyst

Excellent opportunity to launch your career with a global, Fortune 50 Company. Our client is seeking a high-achieving, junior-mid level Operations Support Specialist to join their creative and dynamic organization.

You will be working with specialized vendor teams to optimize eCommerce displays and online content. You will enrich product and item information by working with the vendor team to update and enhance their product displays. You will augment current information and products with more robust, colorful details to drive hidden revenue! You will be responsible for creating reports and handling requests related to our eCommerce site. You will also work to troubleshoot any vendor issues, streamline processes, and perform internal audits on content and images pertaining to the eCommerce site to make the online shopping experience easier for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ownership for a specific category (deep dives into category)
  • Support issues for the eCommerce site as it pertains to your dedicated category
  • Strategize to make online shopping experience easier for customer
  • Troubleshoot vendor issues via ad-hoc tickets from internal teams
  • Audit content/images on website
  • Manage email blasts
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings

At this time you will be working remotely, but once everyone is welcome back into the office you will be required to go on-site.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 6 months of internship or professional experience in digital content marketing
  • Account Management/Customer Service experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, charts, graphs, formulas, exporting, etc).
  • Effective communication skills to influence and collaborate with external stakeholders and vendor teams
  • Light project coordination experience
  • Detail oriented
  • Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • eCommerce experience
  • Data Analysis experience
