About This Role:
Boston Scientific's Robotic Process Business Analyst (RPBA) will be part of a Global Customer Care Business Intelligence Team that allows us to prioritize projects and manage resources to drive strategic value. The RPBA will evaluate and deploy emerging solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that provide further opportunities for the Customer Service teams to focus on higher-value work. In addition to driving and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, the RPBA will support Customer Service leadership in prioritizing work across the organization through maintenance and enhancement of the US Customer Service Roadmap. The RPBA will facilitate governance forums and implement management standards for key projects and programs. Creating capacity within the US Customer Service organization along with a clearly prioritized workload is critical for both enhanced employee experiences as well as the successful execution of our US Customer Service mission.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to conduct current state process assessments and design future state solutions
* Identify and drive the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the function
* Analyze and observe processes to understand process steps, interdependencies, and applications used to complete transactions
* Identify processes that are suitable for automation, and provide recommendations to reengineer processes to improve automation potential
* Support and/or participate in project planning and communication for RPA initiatives
* Build, test, deliver and maintain robotic automation capabilities using industry leading RPA software
* Support and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management

What We're Looking For In You:
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree in BIS, CSCI, or related field preferred
* Ability to develop design and requirements/design documents for processes
* Committed to finding solutions to challenges and enjoys creative problem solving
* Ability to solve problems collaboratively and communicate effectively
* Team player, flexible, and committed to quality process and outcomes
* Strong self-direction and initiative; and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks
* Experience with utilizing multiple interlinked technologies to accomplish business tasks (e.g. RESTful API's, programming/scripting tools, database connection/manipulation)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with RPA software such as Automation Anywhere, and Office 365 Suite (PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
* Intermediate or better skills in C# and HTML
* User level skills in SAP
