Skills and Experience:
- Must have knowledge of leading a team with migrations from Exchange Server into the cloud
- Must have demonstrable Office 365, Azure and Exchange experience
- Managing a daily IT operations for Microsoft Office 365 - Tier 3 support for O365 environment
- Must have migration experience
- Managing a daily IT operations for Active Directory and Azure AD Connect - Tier 4 support
- Must have email migration experience (on-premise to cloud/cloud-to-cloud)
- Global experience in managing large Messaging environments
- Responsible for producing RCA for the high severity issues
- Adhere to IT Change Management process
- Proofpoint Support
- Managed SMTP infrastructure, SSO Authentication, MIM/FIM, Active Directory Services and GPO's
My client are a managed service provider who are currently looking to assist their key client who are a highly successful manufacturing organisation in Ohio. They are requiring a couple of experienced engineers on a permanent basis who can work as part of a team and also on their own. You must be able to adhere to the IT Change Management process and perform other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have the ability to draft clear, concise and accurate technical reports and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment. The above technical requirements are essential for this role and we require someone with solid Level 3 Office 365 and Azure knowledge.
