Job Description:

Skill Set:

  • It is a combination of both BA & PM roles respectively. Merger, Merger & Acquisition or Post Merger experienced candidates are preferred for the roles.
  • Business Consulting and Program Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for a person with 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, & Program Management.
  • Especially not into Project Management but in M&A, Management Consultancy, Post Merger integration or has held functional roles like Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT in Logistics companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in interacting with various stake holders, capture program/project status, sharing status updates and reports to senior management,
  • Organizing and managing Steering Committee meetings, organizing workshops by working closely with concerned Managers, Managing Directors, in customer organization.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to manage priorities, time management is mandatory.
  • Working with a sense of urgency is highly critical in a multiple geographies, time zones environment to be effective in this role.
  • Drive Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment with the external customer and their project team
  • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.
  • Lead workshops and design thinking sessions in prototyping new applications for enhancing business processes and information process flow.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of application or system analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.
  • Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications.
  • The PM will track and report projects, provide written and oral updates to various levels of senior management.
  • Run strategic initiatives with tight timelines, working closely with senior management stakeholders and producing status reports that indicate progress and financial health of a program/project in a comprehensive manner The successful candidate will be able to craft, establish and run new processes and build relationships with the project managers, senior management and central functions like IT, Legal, Finance etc.
  • This is an individual contributor role and will report to Sr. Management.

Process Skills:

  • Especially not into Project Management but in M&A, Management Consultancy, Post Merger integration or has held functional roles like Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT in Logistics companies.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated
  • Has lead/got work done by cross-functional project teams, interactions with Senior Management
  • Has excellent communication and presentation skills, PowerPoint and/or XL
  • Strong experience in consolidating status and reporting to Senior Management
  • Has workable understanding of project financials

  • Qualification:
  • BE (Computer Science) or equivalent
