L1/L2/L3 support role? - L3 support role
Location: Can be based remote anywhere in EU.
Should have extensive work experience in OpenText document Archive edocs DM 5.2.1 CU5 (Later versions) .
Should have knowledge in OpenText enterprise Library integration.
Should have sound knowledge with DM library database schema.
Administrative support for running the OpenText ECM edocs customer environment with multiple environment.
Knowledge in the support, administration and installation of IT enterprise applications, ideally in the OpenText product environment (StreamServe, Archive Server, Content Server, TCP, Document Pipelines, Capture Center, Blazon, Process Suite)
sound knowledge windows and unix platform
good Scripting knowledge (Perl, Python or Windows PowerShell) and practical experience with databases
Understanding of the ITIL framework (Foundation Level)
Processing of messages in the incident and problem management process and appropriate operation of the ticket tool
Planning, implementation and monitoring of capacity changes and performance optimization
Fault analysis and fault clearance in cooperation with product specialists
Preparation of changes in the context of updates, upgrades and release changes
Co-responsibility for compliance with SLAs, service improvements and implementation of IT security requirements
