Customer Service Manager / Office Manager required for our client, a well-known and respected construction company based near St Ives in Cambridgeshire. They are looking to appoint an Office Manager / Customer Service Manager who will oversee the customer service and administration team that deal will all customer and suppliers enquiries that relate to projects, orders, delivery, stock availability etc. They operate from a modern, open place office and pride themselves on the culture in the office and looking for a Customer Service Manager / Office Manager to add to the environment. Specifically, they want someone that has being involved with strategic planning and assisted with implementing or overseeing digital and technology upgrades. It would be beneficial for the Customer Service Manager / Office Manager to come from a construction background, or manufacturing and production background as they will have an understanding of the business structure, model and processes.
