Project Manager - Service Desk/Desktop

Overview: An internal client manager has been moved over to run the Desktop Support and Service Desk team internally. She needs a PM to come on and really help with some of the pick up projects for a while, as she manages the team. You'd help determine if the service desk needs outsourcing, possibly moving/migrating the SD from one region to another, or building it from scratch. Other projects could include mobile device management, ricoh printer consolidation, desktop build services, helping build a VDI service. Again they don't want someone to run the SD, they need someone to run projects that have stalled. They are currently way behind (2 months + ) on delivering laptops to employees.
