We seek a customer service minded candidate to join a high performance team that solves complex product and logistics issues before they become revenue affecting issues. You will be handling 50+ cases daily to work. Tickets will come in via Zendesk and your goal will be to make a quick decision for resolution. Candidates must possess a very strong work ethic and have strong communication skills. This is not a call center environment. You will be communicating verbally and via email to drive resolutions for various cases to the ticket originator.
Enjoy high-energy team members and the ability to learn and execute business skills from a leader in their industry! This is a 6 month contract with the possibility to extend or convert to direct hire. This position will be remote, but you must live in the state of Georgia.
- 3 years of professional experience with case management
- Experience handling 40+ tickets per day
- Experience corresponding via email for ticket resolution
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system (Zendesk preferred)
- Experience with root cause analysis - ability to make quick decision on high ticket volume resolution
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
